Return Process

  Log in to your NEEWER account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technical team inspects the returned gear to confirm its original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
